On January 7 2010 we have handed over a new Liebherr LHM 500 harbour mobile crane to our Norwegian customer NorSea.  The crane is going to be used in connection with the extensive gas pipe project ”Nord Stream” (Laying of gas pipes from Russia to Germany through the Baltic Sea – re. the link www.nord-stream.com for further info).

Geographically the crane is placed in Slite at Gothland in Sweden.  It was delivered on a barge completely assembled and finally tested from Liebherr's factory in Rostock.  The crane weighs approx. 500 t and has a lifting capacity of 140 t at a working radius of between  11 m and 20 m.  The maximum working radius is 51 m, and in this position the crane can lift 42,2 t.

This is the second harbour mobile crane, which NorSea has purchased to the gas pipe project.  In April 2009 we delivered a slightly used Liebherr LHM 400 in Karlskrona (Sweden), which was sold on the same conditions as a new crane.

As Verstegen dealer Åkerbergs have recently delivered 2 new 4-rope Verstegen grabs to Port of Aalborg.

We have delivered one grab of the type VSHE with a capacity of 18 m3 and a dead weight of approx. 12,5 t, and one grab of the type VSHC with a capacity of 24 m3 and a dead weight of approx. 12,5 t.
